Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched from our local overseas warehouses within 24–48 hours, and every shipment includes full tracking. Shipping is calculated by parcel weight and destination country — the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over $59 also get an automatic discount of up to 15% off.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM local warehouse time are usually processed the same day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. You can also check your order status anytime under My Account → Orders.
Customs & Duties
Because we ship from local warehouses in your region, most orders are not subject to additional customs fees. In the rare case a duty applies, it is the responsibility of the recipient.
